Ingredients

Instructions
Prepare the Cake Base
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two 9-inch round cake pans.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
- Stir in vanilla extract and strawberry puree.
- Alternately add the dry ingredients and milk, mixing until just combined.
- Divide batter evenly between pans and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cakes cool completely before frosting.
Make the Frosting
- Beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla, mixing until creamy.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
Prepare the Crunch Topping
- Crush golden Oreos and freeze-dried strawberries into small crumbs.
