Description

This Sparkling Strawberry Punch is a vibrant and refreshing drink that’s perfect for parties, brunches, and summer gatherings. Made with fresh strawberries, sparkling water, and a mix of fruit juices, it’s a crowd-pleaser for both kids and adults.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Punch:

2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced

3 cups sparkling water (or lemon-lime soda for extra sweetness)

2 cups orange juice (or pineapple juice for a tropical twist)

1 cup cranberry juice (or apple juice for a milder taste)

¼ cup honey or simple syrup (adjust to taste)

1 lemon, thinly sliced

1 cup ice cubes (or frozen strawberry slices for extra chill)

Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Optional Add-Ins:

1 cup champagne or white rum (for an adult version)

½ teaspoon vanilla extract (for a smooth taste)

½ cup club soda (for extra fizz)

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Strawberries

Wash and hull the fresh strawberries.

Slice them thinly and lightly mash half of them to release more flavor.

Step 2: Mix the Base

In a large pitcher, combine the mashed strawberries, orange juice, cranberry juice, and honey or simple syrup.

Stir well until the sweetener is dissolved.

Step 3: Add the Sparkle

Just before serving, pour in the sparkling water or lemon-lime soda.

Add lemon slices and ice cubes. Stir gently to maintain the fizz.

Step 4: Garnish and Serve

Garnish with fresh mint leaves and extra strawberry slices.

Serve immediately in glasses with ice for a chilled, refreshing drink!

Notes

Use ripe strawberries – They provide the best natural sweetness.
Chill your ingredients – Keep juices and sparkling water cold before mixing.
Add the fizz last – Pour in the sparkling water just before serving to maintain carbonation.
Make it fancy – Serve in a punch bowl with floating lemon slices and whole strawberries.
For a healthier option – Use unsweetened fruit juices and sparkling water instead of soda.
