Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Dough

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut it into 2×2-inch squares.

Step 2: Make the Raspberry Filling

  1. In a bowl, mash the raspberries with lemon juice and sugar. Set aside.
