Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Filling

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onions and bell peppers, sauté until soft (about 3 minutes).
  3. Add thinly sliced ribeye steak, cooking until browned (about 4-5 minutes).
  4. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Step 2: Make the Cheese Mixture

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine provolone, mozzarella, and cream cheese.
  2. Stir until well blended and set aside.

Step 3: Assemble the Breadsticks

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle.
  3. Spread the cheese mixture evenly over one half of the dough.
  4. Add the cooked steak and onion mixture on top.
  5. Fold the other half of the dough over the filling and press edges to seal.

Step 4: Bake the Breadsticks
