Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Pasta
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add pasta and cook until al dente (firm but tender).
- Drain and toss with olive oil to prevent sticking.
Step 2: Prepare the Sauce
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- If using ground beef or sausage, cook until browned and drain excess fat.

Step 3: Assemble the Casserole
