1 cup rainbow sprinkles (funfetti mix)
½ cup milk (for dipping Oreos)

Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Whipped Filling
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
If using heavy whipping cream, beat separately until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture. If using Cool Whip, fold it in gently.
