- 20–25 slices of pepperoni
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
For Topping
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
Instructions
1. Prepare the Dough
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a thin rectangle, about 12×8 inches.
2. Add the Filling
- Evenly layer the pepperoni slices over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the pepperoni. Add garlic powder and Italian seasoning, if desired.
3. Roll and Slice
- Starting from the long side, roll the dough tightly into a log.
- Use a sharp knife or dental floss to slice the log into 1-inch rolls.
4. Bake
- Arrange the rolls cut side up on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each roll.
- Brush the tops with melted butter and bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown.
5. Garnish and Serve
- Remove from the oven and brush again with butter. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and parsley on top.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce, such as marinara or ranch.
