  • ½ lb crab meat (lump or claw)

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Other Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional for spice)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Seafood

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add 1 tbsp butter.
  2. Sauté the shrimp for 2-3 minutes until pink and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
  3. Add the crab meat to the pan and warm it gently for 1 minute. Set aside.

Step 2: Cook the Spinach and Garlic

  1. In the same skillet, add a bit more butter and cook the minced garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  2. Add the chopped spinach and cook until wilted.

Step 3: Make the Creamy Mixture

  1. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  2. Stir in parmesan, mozzarella, and cheddar cheese.
  3. Add the cooked spinach, garlic, shrimp, and crab meat.
  4. Mix well and season with paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Step 4: Bake the Dip

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish and top with extra mozzarella cheese.
  3. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly.

Step 5: Serve and Enjoy

  • Let the dip cool slightly before serving.
  • Serve with tortilla chips, toasted bread, or veggie sticks.
