Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Seafood
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add 1 tbsp butter.
- Sauté the shrimp for 2-3 minutes until pink and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
- Add the crab meat to the pan and warm it gently for 1 minute. Set aside.
Step 2: Cook the Spinach and Garlic
- In the same skillet, add a bit more butter and cook the minced garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the chopped spinach and cook until wilted.
Step 3: Make the Creamy Mixture
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Stir in parmesan, mozzarella, and cheddar cheese.
- Add the cooked spinach, garlic, shrimp, and crab meat.
- Mix well and season with paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Step 4: Bake the Dip
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish and top with extra mozzarella cheese.
