- 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
- 4 large flour tortillas
- ½ cup cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup chopped green onions
- ½ cup diced tomatoes
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ cup shredded lettuce (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Add the shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, green onions, and diced tomatoes. Stir to combine.
- Lay out the tortillas and spread the creamy chicken mixture evenly over each one.
- Add shredded lettuce if using.
- Roll the tortillas tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
- Slice in half and serve immediately, or toast them in a skillet for a crispy texture.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken for a quicker prep time.
Add jalapeños or hot sauce for extra spice.
For a warm wrap, grill them in a pan for 2–3 minutes per side until golden.
Store leftovers wrapped in plastic wrap in the fridge for up to 2 days.
