Description

These creamy chicken tortilla wraps are the perfect quick meal! Loaded with juicy chicken, a flavorful creamy filling, and fresh veggies, they’re great for lunch, dinner, or meal prep. Serve as-is or lightly toasted for extra crunch!


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • ½ cup cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ cup shredded lettuce (optional)

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  • Add the shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, green onions, and diced tomatoes. Stir to combine.
  • Lay out the tortillas and spread the creamy chicken mixture evenly over each one.
  • Add shredded lettuce if using.
  • Roll the tortillas tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
  • Slice in half and serve immediately, or toast them in a skillet for a crispy texture.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken for a quicker prep time.

Add jalapeños or hot sauce for extra spice.

For a warm wrap, grill them in a pan for 2–3 minutes per side until golden.

Store leftovers wrapped in plastic wrap in the fridge for up to 2 days.
