Description

Make these irresistible Cinnamon Sugar Biscuit Bites in just minutes! Soft, fluffy, and coated in a sweet cinnamon-sugar mix, they’re perfect for breakfast, dessert, or a quick snack. Bake or fry for the ultimate treat!

Ingredients

Scale

Main Ingredients:

1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (or homemade biscuit dough)

½ cup granulated sugar

1 tbsp cinnamon

½ cup melted butter

Optional Add-ins:

¼ cup Nutella or cream cheese (for stuffing)

¼ cup chocolate chips (for dipping)

¼ cup chopped nuts (for extra crunch)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) if baking. If frying, heat oil to 350°F.

Cut the biscuit dough into quarters to create bite-sized pieces.

Melt the butter in a bowl. In a separate bowl, mix cinnamon and sugar.

Coat the bites: Dip each biscuit piece into the melted butter, then roll in the cinnamon sugar mixture until fully coated.

Bake or fry:

Baking: Place the bites on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.

Frying: Fry in hot oil for 2-3 minutes until golden brown, then drain on a paper towel.

Serve warm and enjoy with coffee, tea, or ice cream!

Notes

Double coat them for a thicker, crunchier cinnamon sugar layer.

Coat while warm so the sugar mixture sticks better.

Try stuffing them with Nutella, cream cheese, or fruit jam for extra flavor.

Air fry at 350°F for 8-10 minutes for a healthier option.

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days and reheat before serving.
