1 cup all-purpose flour
½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder

½ cup sugar
½ cup brown sugar
2 eggs
¼ cup melted butter
½ cup melted dark chocolate
½ cup chocolate chips
½ cup powdered sugar (for coating)
Instructions
