Description

Make them at home with this easy recipe! These Chicken Alfredo Crazy Puffs are crispy, cheesy, and loaded with creamy goodness. Perfect for snacks or a quick meal!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cooked, seasoned chicken (diced)
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 package puff pastry sheets (thawed)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix the filling: In a bowl, combine the cooked chicken, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella, parmesan, and Italian seasoning. Stir until well combined.
  • Prepare the pastry: Roll out the puff pastry and cut into 3×3 inch squares.
  • Fill the puffs: Spoon a small amount of the chicken Alfredo mixture into the center of each square.
  • Seal the edges: Fold the pastry over and press the edges with a fork to seal them tightly.
  • Apply the egg wash: Brush the tops of the puffs with the beaten egg for a golden, crispy finish.
  • Bake: Place the puffs on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
  • Cool and serve: Let the puffs cool slightly before serving. Enjoy with marinara, ranch, or garlic butter for dipping!
