- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Tortellini
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add the tortellini and cook according to package instructions.
- Drain and toss with olive oil to prevent sticking. Set aside.
Step 2: Prepare the Cheesesteak Filling
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add thinly sliced ribeye steak and cook until browned.
- Add onions, bell peppers, and garlic. Sauté until softened.
- Season with salt and black pepper. Remove from heat.
Step 3: Make the Rich Provolone Sauce
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
