For the Buffalo Sauce:

- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional for a hint of sweetness)
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (for extra heat)
Optional Toppings:

- Sesame seeds for added crunch
- Extra drizzle of buffalo sauce
Instructions
Step 1: Prep the Cauliflower
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a lightly greased wire rack for crispier bites.
- Wash and dry the cauliflower, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
Step 2: Make the Batter
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, water (or milk), garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Dip each cauliflower piece into the batter, letting excess drip off before placing on the baking sheet.
Step 3: Bake the Cauliflower
- Arrange cauliflower in a single layer, ensuring they aren’t overcrowded.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and slightly crispy.
Step 4: Make the Buffalo Sauce
- In a small saucepan, melt butter (or olive oil) and stir in hot sauce and honey.
- Remove from heat and set aside.
Step 5: Toss & Bake Again
- Once the cauliflower is golden, remove it from the oven and toss in buffalo sauce.
- Return to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes for extra crispiness.
Step 6: Serve & Enjoy!
- Garnish with parsley, sesame seeds, or extra buffalo sauce.
- Serve hot with ranch, blue cheese, or your favorite dip.
