- 6 slices thick-cut bacon, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ cup reserved pasta water

- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
Instructions
1. Cook the Bacon
- Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the chopped bacon until crispy.
- Remove and place on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
2. Cook the Pasta
- Boil a large pot of salted water and cook pasta until al dente.
- Drain, reserving ½ cup pasta water.
3. Make the Creamy Sauce
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream and let it simmer for 2 minutes.
- Stir in parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper.
4. Combine Everything
- Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce.
- Add bacon and mix well.
- If the sauce is too thick, add some reserved pasta water.
5. Serve and Enjoy!
- Garnish with extra parmesan and serve immediately.
